Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange process. Please note the following exceptions to our return policy: Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returned items must be in their original condition, with tags still attached and in the original packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
